TSA bans use of toilet on airplanes

In response to the failed bomb attack that has been all over the news lately, Xeni Jardin reports that the U.S. Transportation Security Administration has issued new rules barring airline passengers from going to the toilet or using a book during the last hour of flight. As Jardin says, "none of this would have stopped the pantsbomber."
